Motability Foundation

This two-week project involved the installation of fire-rated board encasements to provide the necessary fire resistance, in line with fire safety regulations and structural integrity requirements.

  • Date of Completion: November 2024

  • Location: Harlow, Essex

  • Project Type:  Steel Fire Protection

  • Scope of Works: We successfully completed a steel fire board encasement project for the Motability Foundation HQ, ensuring critical fire protection for load-bearing columns within this important facility.

Our team worked efficiently and collaboratively with site management to minimise disruption, ensuring the smooth continuation of operations while delivering a high-quality fire protection solution.

The project focused on enhancing compartmentation and fire resilience within the building, significantly reducing the risk of structural compromise in the event of a fire. By implementing fire-resistant board systems, we strengthened the overall safety and compliance of the premises.

The work was completed on schedule and to a high standard, demonstrating our expertise in fire safety solutions and our ability to execute projects within highly functional and operational environments.
